Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 2 cups (200 g)
- Paneer – 200 g
- Salt – as needed
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Garam masala – ¼ tsp
- Kasuri methi (crushed) – 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – chopped
- Water – as needed
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Ghee – optional

Procedure
- Grate the paneer using a carrot grater.
- In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix everything well.
- Add water little by little and knead into a dough.
- Add 1 tbsp oil and knead again until the dough becomes soft and smooth.
- Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a ball.
- Dust with flour and roll it into a chapathi using a rolling pin.
- Heat a dosa tawa and cook the chapathi on both sides.
- Apply or spray a little oil while cooking. For kids, you can use ghee for extra softness and taste.
- Serve hot with hung curd, tomato sauce, or any simple side dish.
